We like to make things a little easier by providing tables and chairs with every rental. We have (26) 66” Round Tables, (200) White Garden Chairs, (10) 6ft Rectangular Tables, and (10) 24” Cocktail Tables. Let us know what you need and our crew will set it up for you!

If you are thinking of playing a video montage, slideshow, or making a speech at your special event, we’ve got you covered! We have three projectors, drop down screens, wireless microphones, and speakers throughout the room. You can easily plug in a laptop, smart phone, tablet, USB, or even bring in a DVD because we’ve got Blu-ray too!

Do you need a place to keep your food cold? Our Catering Kitchen includes a two-door refrigerator, an ice machine, two ovens with stovetops, two microwaves, and all the counter space you need. Need an area for your caterer to cook some sizzling hot skewers? Use our outdoor storage space where caterers are welcome to bring in their own kitchen equipment to cook, chop, fry, and grill!

Our indoor and outdoor storage areas are multifunctional spaces that help with the organization of your event. The inside storage is often used for storing additional items you may want hidden from the eyes of your guests. The outdoor storage is home to our service gate, large enough to make loading and unloading easier for your vendors and/or caterers. The outdoor storage area can also be used by catering companies who may need extra space to prep and cook using their own kitchen equipment.

Worried about rain on your event day? Indoor ceremonies & receptions can easily take place indoors.

Our outdoor spaces are made up of a courtyard, deck, and a year-round green lawn. Our courtyard and deck are often used for cocktail hour or buffet set-ups. Bring in your lawn games for a little extra fun or some lounge chairs and pillows for relaxing; but remember to get them approved by our staff. You can even have your ceremony on our lawn outside. Just pick a tree, mountain, or viewpoint and let nature be the backdrop of your special event!
